The breakfast was very good and the view was good over the river.
The shower in our room was very small. The smallest one we have ever had in our travels. Only just fitted in hardly any room in it.

I had a great time staying here, I didn't even want to leave and would have stayed longer if I could. The place was quite clean inside and the breakfast options were really satisfying! 🌟

Spotlessly clean hotel with magnificent views across the river. There is lots of free parking either in hotel carpark, on street or carpark 50m away. Breakfast was excellent. There is lots to do in Mertola, the old town with it's long history is fascinating and the museums although small are very good. There are also some good country walks, we easily filled 2 days without driving into the National Park.

Clean, quiet, comfortable beds. Nice view of river. Free wifi reached to rooms.
Not the hotel's fault, but there wasn't really enough in the town to warrant an overnight stay. Pleasant enough for an hour or two's wander though.
